SHIPPING COSTS
We charge for shipping whether the product is shipped in the USA.

  • 25% of the total order if total order > 23.96$.
  • 5.99$ if total order < 23.96$ or total order = 23.96$.

Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday)

ORDER PROCESSING
We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

DELIVERY METHODS

We deliver throughout the USA. All orders are shipped via UPS. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Please use signature service if you do not wish to leave your package unattended at your front door. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you do not request signature service. Please reach out to us if this is the case and we will file a claim on your behalf.

As soon as your item has left the warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

CANCELLATION
Please email for all change or cancellation inquiries. Make sure to include your full name and order number.

If you want to cancel your order, that needs to be done within 24 hours from the date you placed it. After that, the order has been processed and we can’t cancel it for you.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at or:

PARCELS DAMAGED
In Transit If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps. Email:

At this time, we do not ship outside of the USA.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Tax: 12% of total orders

Note: During public holidays, since manufacturers and courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. Although unfortunately, this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
